contact information (if placed by Agent)
- Agent’s
contact information (if placed by
Buyer/Seller)
- Approximate
age of home
- Type
of property (Condo/Townhouse/Single
Home)
- Size
of home, or number of bedrooms/bathrooms
- Additional
items to be inspected (pools/spas, etc)
- Are
all utilities turned-on, pilot lights lit
- Who
will provide access to gates & doors
This
may seem like a lot of questions or information to have ready prior to
the actual inspection, but we will want to provide an appropriate
amount of time for the inspectors to do their job, and we will want to
ensure proper access and availability for testing all necessary
systems
so that your inspection can be as complete as possible.
Should I plan to attend the
inspection personally?
YES
– This is your opportunity to ask
questions. This is your chance to
see any issues or concerns
first hand.

We
recommend that you allow an average of 2-3 hours for
the inspection. Appropriate
clothing is also advised for indoor and outdoor activities
If
you are not able to attend personally, don’t worry,
we will be glad to provide you the highest level of service via
written
reports, digital pictures, and follow-up question and answer
sessions. Either way, we are there for you! |
